ABOUT THE LECTURE

In today's rapidly evolving global landscape, semiconductors have emerged

this lecture, Dr. Thomas Caulfield, President & CEO of GlobalFoundries,

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Dr. Thomas Caulfield is the President and CEO of GlobalFoundries (GF), a
position he has held since March 2018. He led GF’s initial public offering
in October 2021, the largest semiconductor IPO on Nasdaq that year. Dr.
Caulfield joined GF in 2014 as Senior VP and General Manager of the Fab 8
facility. He previously served as President and COO at Soraa and Ausra and
held senior roles at Novellus Systems and IBM. He holds a Bachelor, Master
of Science and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Columbia
University's School of Engineering and currently serves on the board of
Western Digital Corporation.
