[Quantum-ms] Add/Drop Deadline - Friday, September 13th

Dear Students,

The Change of Program period will end this *Friday, September 13, 2024*. Please
make sure that you remove yourself from any waitlist that you are listed
ideally before 9:00pm on *Friday, September 13th. *You may be added to the
classes after the add/drop deadline if you are still on the waitlist and
tuition will be charged.

As a reminder, international students should be enrolled full-time unless
you are in your final semester.
